Coalition of Pinellas County (ELCP)
ELCP hopes our website is welcoming and that all find the experience rewarding.
To help us make the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target
for the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County website.
The purpose of our website is to provide support to achieve the ELCP's objectives. performing program tasks and provides
support to all service areas related to the ELCP's day-to-day operations. We hope this will help families, early learning and school-age providers, and staff perform a range of support activities to assist with the daily operations of the organization.
