Literacy Programs

Strong literacy skills begin in the earliest years of a child’s life, and early learning providers play a critical role in building the foundation for lifelong reading and learning success.

The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County offers literacy programs designed to support early childhood educators through professional development, coaching, classroom resources, and evidence-based instructional practices. These programs help providers strengthen language and literacy instruction while creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences that foster children’s growth as readers and communicators.

Literacy program opportunities are available to eligible providers and may vary based on funding availability and program requirements.

For more information, please contact literacy@elcpinellas.org.
