Parent Fees for Hurricane Milton

In light of the recent challenges posed by the hurricanes, the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Pinellas County is dedicated to supporting our families during this difficult time. We are pleased to announce that ELC will be covering the cost of parent fees for the month of October. This initiative is part of our commitment to ease the financial burden on families as we navigate these unprecedented circumstances together.

While ELC will cover the parent fees, please note that any additional costs or differentials you may be paying to your providers are not included in this coverage. To ensure that families have options, we are empowering providers to decide how to handle the return of parent fees. They may choose to either refund your fees for October or provide you with a credit that can be applied toward the cost of care for November. 

We understand that each family's situation is unique, and we encourage you to reach out to your providers for clarification on any fee adjustments. They are here to assist you and can provide guidance on the best options available for your specific needs.
