Professional Development and Training: ELCP offers workshops, seminars, and training sessions for early learning and school-age care providers to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education. 

Quality Improvement Programs: We provide resources and support to help facilities improve the quality of their programs. This includes quality rating systems, technical assistance, and access to quality improvement grants. 

Funding and Subsidies: ELCP administers funding programs that help families afford child care and support facilities by ensuring steady enrollment and financial stability. 

Curriculum and Educational Resources: We offer guidance and resources to implement effective, developmentally appropriate educational materials. 

Inclusion Services: We provide support for the inclusion of children with special needs in mainstream early learning settings, 
including training for staff and resources for accommodation. 

Parent Engagement: ELCP encourages parent engagement, helping providers build strong relationships with families to support children's development. 

Advocacy and Community Partnerships: We advocate for policies that benefit early childhood education. We work with community partners to create a supportive network for early learning and school-age care providers.
