The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County (ELCP) is inviting families to take advantage of Florida’s free Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program during a special registration week August 24–28, 2026, from 8am - 4pm. VPK is a free early learning program designed to prepare eligible children for kindergarten.
